Choosing the right person for a vacancy
will add value to the department or area
concerned. Choosing the wrong person
through an unstructured approach or ‘gut
instinct’ is a recipe for disaster,
potentially affecting productivity and
team morale. Therefore it is essential
that good interviewing skills and
techniques are learnt and practised.
This course will provide participants with
the ability to plan and conduct interviews
that are effective, fair and beneficial to
all concerned.
Those people who have to conduct
selection interviews for any level of
employee. Those with no previous
training will find the course very
beneficial, whilst those who only
interview occasionally will find it a
useful refresher.
